When will my card be charged?
Your card will be pre-authorized at the time of you place your order. The final charge will be processed once your order ships. The charge will come through from Barker Specialty Company.
When will my order ship?
Please allow 15-20 business day turnaround time to allow for proofing, production, and shipment of your order. All orders ship from Cheshire CT and will ship standard ground service.

Orders will only be processed within normal business hours of Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm.
What's the return policy?
Please contact our Customer Service Department with any questions regarding any exchanges or returns. Returns are not
accepted on items that are produced on demand. For all other items, returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt.
Items must be in same condition they are received in. Worn/laundered items not accepted. Shipping is non-refundable.

No. We currently only ship within the United States.
